4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Students will learn to recognize the most visible constellations (Orion, the Big Dipper, etc.) and learn stories from different cultures that explain them. Additionally, children will engage in hands-on activities to explore the size of the solar system, make their own sundials, learn the lunar phases, and more. Who wouldn’t want to be able to recognize when the moon is a waning gibbous?
